Frank brings over 20 years of retail experience working within the vendor, service and sales representation communities. Frank has worked extensively with all major Midwest accounts in the Home Center, Farm and Ag and Coop channels. Frank’s primary area of expertise is within the plumbing, HVAC and Millwork departments.
Mike has more than 19 years of industry experience .He spent 15 years as a direct salesperson, regional sales manager and national sales manager concentrating in both plumbing and heating. He has spent the last 5 years as a manufacturers’ representative building strong relationships with Ace, True Value, Mid-States and United Hardware in plumbing, housewares, lawn & garden and building materials.
Charlie joins Ready Set Sales as Vice President, General Manager. He brings with him over 30 years of retail expertise as a manufacturers’ representative, sales manager and retail hardware store owner. Charlie has built outstanding relationships with Ace, True Value and Do It Best, as well as Sears and Kmart.
Herb joins RSS as an experienced and results driven executive with 27 plus years of proven leadership in both the wholesale and retail industry. Specific expertise in managing retail and e-commerce environments, delivering excellent customer service, strategic planning, driving operational efficiencies, and team development. Background includes competitive analysis, assortment planning, international and domestic product development, P&L responsibility, and crisis management. Strong communicator with superior interpersonal, motivational and coaching skills. Has the ability to lead teams to earn maximum profitability without losing focus on customer service
Mara recently joined the Ready Set Sales team, bringing with her 7 years industry experience. Mara supported the sales team working closely with ACE, True Value, Sears and Do It Best. Her educational background is primarily in Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
